                        产品概况                     

                    

                        金属氧化避雷器是电力系统各类电气设备(变压器﹑电抗器﹑发电机﹑电动机﹑ PT﹑CT﹑断路器﹑接触器等)绝缘配合的基础,由避雷器的保护性能确定电力系统 所有电气设备的内外绝缘指标(短时工频耐压﹑雷电冲击耐压和操作冲击耐压等)。 该产品的核心工作元件采用以氧化锌为主的多元素金属氧化物粉末烧制,具有优异的 非线性状-安特性,陡波响应快,通流容量大。有间隙产品采用自吹间隙,带均压照射 结构,降低了放电的分散性,冲击系统小。复合绝缘外套的采用,顺应了国际电力产品 小型化﹑安全化﹑免维护的发展趋势。高分子有机复合材料与传统的陶瓷和玻璃等无机材料 相比,具有体积小﹑重量轻﹑耐污秽免清扫﹑防爆防震动的优点。是集成化﹑模块化的中高压 输变电成套设备中首选的防雷原件。

                            1.10kv避雷器】概述                             

                                避雷器是一种过电压保护器,主要用于保护电力系统、铁道电气化系统、通讯系统中的各种电气设备(变压器、开关、电容器、阻波器、互感器、发电机、电动力、电力电缆等)免遭大气过电压、操作过电压和工频暂态过电压等损坏,是电力系统绝缘配合的基础。                             

                            

                                                              

                            

                                2.过电压保护器与避雷器的区别:                             

                            

                                过电压保护器是属于电力行业一种先进的避雷器部分替代品,它的作用相当于避雷器,但又与传统的避雷器不同。                             

                            

                                1避雷器只能是相地保护(单相保护,每组用三个),即可以相地保护也可以相间保护(三相)。                             

                            

                                2:过电压保护器一般安装在柜体内,而传统的避雷器既可以安装在柜体内也可以安装在箱体外(箱体外部的基本上都是避雷器)。

                                5.10kv避雷器】使用须知                             

                            

                                1、避雷器在安装使用前,应存放在清洁、干燥的房间,不得受到腐蚀性气体或者液体的腐蚀。                             

                            

                                2、避雷器在投入运行前,应作预防性试验,在投入运行后,也应定期(10KV以下避雷器5年一次,35KV及以上避雷器2年一次)做如下试验并参照附表与运行前的数据进行对比。                             

                            

                                A:测量避雷器的绝缘电阻;                             

                            

                                B:测量避雷器的直流1mA电压;                             

                            

                                C:测量0.75倍直流1mA下的泄漏电流;
